To sent mail follow these steps.

Steps-


  • Open Email option from Communication menu.



  • Click on Compose Mail button.


 


  • Click on Change button to Enter Your Mail Addrees.
  • Select All to sent mail all the saved emails.
  • Or Select Selected option to send any other mail.
  • Write the new email address in the box.
  • Write Subject.
  • Write Your Mail.
  • Select Date when you want to send this mail.
  • Click on the Send button to send mail.
  • Or Click on the Save As template button to save this mail.
